General purpose low-carbon wire

General purpose low-carbon wire complies with DSTU EN 10218-1-2001. Steel wire and wire products.General. Part 1: Test Methods (EN 10218-1: 1994, IDT) and with DSTU EN 10218-2-2001. Steel wire and wire products.General. Part 2: Wire dimensions and tolerances (EN 10218-2: 1996, IDT). 

Production options:

– thermally-treated soft, thermally-treated hard and thermally-untreated.

Diameter (mm): from 0,8 to 5,0.

Galvanized low-carbon wire 

Galvanized low-carbon wire complies with DSTU EN 10218-1-2001. Steel wire and wire products. General. Part 1: Test Methods (EN 10218-1: 1994, IDT) and with DSTU EN 10218-2-2001. Steel wire and wire products. General. Part 2: Wire dimensions and tolerances (EN 10218-2: 1996, IDT). 

Production options:
- thermally-treated soft, thermally-treated hard and thermally-untreated.

Wire galvanized with PVC coating

(colour RAL6005, RAL 7024), coil 50 m

Wire galvanized with PVC coating complies with DSTU EN 10218-1-2001. Steel wire and wire products. General. Part 1: Test Methods (EN 10218-1: 1994, IDT) and with DSTU EN 10218-2-2001. Steel wire and wire products. General. Part 2: Wire dimensions and tolerances (EN 10218-2: 1996, IDT). 

Diameter (mm): 

1,45 / 2,5 mm (the diameter of galvanized wire is 1,45 mm, the diameter of PVC coated wire is 2,5 mm); 

1,65 / 2,5 mm;

1,8 / 2,8 mm; 

1,9 / 3,0 mm;

2,0 / 4,0 mm;

3,0 / 4,0 mm. 

Packing

Wire is supplied in coils or rosettes.

Parameters:

Inner diameter: up to 430 mm

Height: 480-500 mm

Weight: 800-1000 kg

There are two variants of coil packing:

- a coil is tied with a metallic tape 32 mm and two loading rings;

- a coil is tied in four places with a wire of a greater diameter.
